The Jaylon Tyson improving article.

  1. Jaylon Tyson

After a pretty slow rookie season only playing 47 games out of a possible 82 games in the regular season. Who also was playing mostly garbage time for the Cavs without a solid role to the team. In his rookie year he averaged 3.6 PPG on 43% shooting, 34.5% from 3 and 79.2% from the ft line in only 9.6 minutes of action and put less than 1 assist, steal and TO a game. But this season, his role this year has skyrocketed dispite him being less available this season at the end of the year and played 66 games for the Cavs this season while averaging 13.2 PPG on 49.3 FG% with a historic 44.6% shooting from 3 which is a huge leap from last year. While on 103 free throw attempts he just has a 73.8 FT% and making 76 of them. The Cavs after his rookie contract expires extending him is vital to the teams shooting success since not a lot of people can shoot in that team besides Strus and Merrill efficiently. His career is very bright and he has to keep the top 3 shooting percentage from 3 status going and be effective which is why he has been on the rise ever since scoring a career high 39 pts on 13/17 shooting and making 7/9 threes.
