For the team categories, the player must have played a game for his team as of the posting of this grid (2025 offseason) to count. For example, Duncan Robinson wouldn’t work for Detroit.

NOTE: It has been brought to my attention that not everyone who has played regular season games for a given team satisfies this grid. For example, Lindy Waters III doesn’t work for the Pistons/Warriors cell. I have reached out to Zach to hopefully correct this issue, but for now I would advise against using players who moved teams at the trade deadline to satisfy a requirement of their new team.
