Struggled to figure out who to add or leave off, wanted to include some rising talent like Ajay, NAW, Deni, Shaedon, Nembhard, Franz & Dyson.

Notably missing: Wiggins, Brooks, Porzingis, Barrett, Mathurin, Aldama, Rui.

Side note: Should probably go without saying, but positionless basketball picks are allowed, just had to put some players out of position to make some of the tiers fairer.
