Nets take the advantage of their huge cap space by taking salary dumps and upgrade their #8 pick to #2. Dylan Harper gets to return home instead of playing for Spurs who already has a crowded and talented backcourt.

Spurs

Spurs "surprisingly" got the #2 pick and need to make a decision whether to use the pick or trade for a star. Jaylen Brown is a proven all NBA player who's only 28 years old. This trade immediately makes Spurs a championship contender with at least a 5 year window.

Celtics

With Tatum injured and out for next season, Celtics can't stand being over 2nd apron for another year. This trade not only puts them under 2nd apron, but also gets them under tax line right away. They also received some young players on budget contract that allows them to build around Tatum again when he recovers. Especially when they "surprisingly" gets the top 3 pick in next year's draft lottery.
