The nuggets current huge hole in the roster is a backup PG and ball handlers in general. Well with this trade they get two solid PGs. Watson is a current trade piece and Holmes can possibly be expendable for a piece the nuggets desperately need. Denver needs both players in this trade since SPJ is currently injured.
