Why the Nuggets do this: Nuggets are extremely shallow right now and their bench is pitiful. This trade gives them 3 playoff ready and proven players immediately, while only losing 1 playoff rotation piece (MPJ). All 3 players they get can shoot, and 2 of them are high-level defenders. MPJ is a loss for sure, but he is extremely overpaid and had a dreadful series against the wolves. They are some young potential, but Nuggets are in win-now mode, and they should be looking to capitalize off having one of the best players OAT (Jokic).

Why the Nets do this: No-brainer for the nets in my opinion. They are dumping off 2 older players while gaining MPJ and young potential in Julian. The 1st rounder they lose is a 2025 Knicks pick, which will mot even be close to lottery as the Knicks should be a top 2-4 seed this year.

Why the Jazz do this: Clarkson is clearly not a part of the Jazz future. This is also a no-brainer for the Jazz. Getting 2 picks and a bunch of young potential for Clarkson is a steal
