All of the east or most of it has improved this offseason. Last season we were the 2nd worst team in the east and even though we're getting our star back, i don't think we are in the same level as the big cruises in the conference. That's why I think we should target Dort, an elite role player who can pull the ceiling and floor of our team in both ends, and who is probably cheaper than ever because of the thunder's financial problems.
