Did I Just Create a Pacers Superteam While Helping 4 Other Teams? (except maybe the Lakers)

FAILED

This trade is centered around Indiana pushing all their chips to the middle of the table and building a true championship-level roster around Giannis Antetokounmpo and LeBron James. The Pacers add two all-time great players while keeping enough talent around them to remain one of the most dangerous teams in the league immediately. For Dallas, this isn't really a rebuild—it's more of a retool. Cooper Flagg is already producing around 15 PPG, Cam Thomas gives them another 20+ PPG scorer, and Kyle Kuzma adds a veteran forward. The Mavericks get younger and gain more flexibility without completely falling out of contention. Detroit gets something they have needed for a while: a legitimate scoring shooting guard. Austin Reaves fits well next to Cade Cunningham as a secondary creator and shooter, while Tobias Harris and Jalen Duren remain part of the core. Milwaukee shifts directions by adding Bam Adebayo and Kyrie Irving while also gaining extra assets. A lineup featuring Kyrie, Bam, Myles Turner, and the added depth could keep the Bucks competitive even after moving Giannis. The Lakers are probably the biggest debate here. They add picks and depth pieces, but losing Austin Reaves could be tough, especially considering how important he is next to Luka Dončić. This is likely the part of the deal that would generate the most disagreement. Is it realistic? Maybe not. Is it aggressive? Absolutely. But if Indiana's goal is winning a championship right now, this is the type of move that completely changes the league overnight.
