Pacers- Its been reported Indy doesn't want to pay Mathurin, so here they move him for a 3-D Wing who would be a perfect fit on only 13 million per season (last 2 years are non Guaranteed) if he underperforms, they can use him as a salary to go get a starting big man. they also get a 2029 first

Bulls- it looks like they always want to win and don't want to go rebuilding mode. here they get a major talent and Wing upgrade with Mathurin.

Rockets- Its obvious, they need a PG badly and Jones fills the hole. They also have enough cap space under the first Apron to go out and get shooting.
