Grizzlies might not trade Aldama, but there's always a price. They could try to make a deal. MEM is capped out and they've expressed wanting to sign Jake LaRavia to another contract. Luke Kennard has been one of the most efficient snipers in the league as well. He will also be up for a contract this off-season. That makes this move feasible imo. The trade details could be worked out.

As good as Aldama can be at time's. He's had a history of injuries that hold him back some game's in the regular season. However, the Pacers will need to replace Myles Turner's shooting. Santi Aldama is a movement shooter at 3 and is a better rebounder when locked in. This would be a no brainer.
