Pelicans - This is a tough trade to grade, Adebayo becomes the best center Zion has played with. He bolsters the defense down low, stretchs the floor a little bit, a very solid center to put next to Z. My concerns are that his contract blows up by 10 mil the year after this, and is it worth paying a 30 year old undersized center 50 mil. You can decline Kevon Looneys option next year and the cap hit wont be too bad. Does this trade also stunt Derik Queens growth as a player. He wouldnt get much PT wiht Adebayo, Missi and Looney in front of him. You're also relying heavily on Jeremiah Fears growth as a Playmaker which is a lot of responslbilty for a rookie. A starting lineup of Poole, Herb, Murphy, Williamson and Adebayo with Fears, Alvardo, Bey, Looney and Missi sounds like a very good team though. I might also be giving up on Hawkins too early, but his game has looked kinda one dimensonal, but he has some shooting that the Pels do really need.

Heat - I dont know what the Heat are doing tbh. You give up your best player in the deal, but get back a star guard who can contribute and is gonna be MUCH cheaper if they plan to rebuild, which I dont know is gonna happen. Which is why you go get Nic Claxton from the Nets. Yes while u lose a pick, you dump the Terry Rozier contract and get a solid center to replace Adebayo. This trade might really give the Heat way too many guards which I understand. I just dont know what the Heat are doing, if theyre rebuilding or gonna try to compete.

Nets - They really just do this for the Heat Pick, Could be unprocted, dunno if the heat would do that though. They take on Rozier and also get Makovitc who had a really solid end of season last year for the Pelicans and might blossom into a very solid peice for them. They also get some Seconds
