The main idea of the mock is trading your players. However, you have goals and targets you need to reach, which may be fair, may not be. To keep it simple, you’ll either be tasked to rebuild or build a contender, with slight tweaks to it. Expect 3-7 of your players to be mandatorily traded.

The rosters are the exact same as real life, as of July 23rd, 5 PM EST. If a Damian Lillard or James Harden trade happens tomorrow, it does not affect the mock in any way.*

With a lot of players, comes a lot of trades. As it’s the 23rd today, you have until July 31st to finalize your trades, before we start simming. All mandatory players must be gone after the deadline. Just because you have to mandatorily trade certain players, doesn’t mean you can’t trade other players, unless they’re apart of your goal.
