Obviously this sucks and even if he is back for the first round he won’t be at 100%. I’m guessing this means we lose in the first round. Although we have a shot because last time he was out multiple games at once was during our big win streak early in the year. But then again at that time Daniss was on a heater. Now though, not so much.

Jalen Duren could prove he’s worth that 45M per season with this opportunity though. Through the past few weeks Duren has been amazing. In JD’s last 7 in only 27 minutes per night he’s averaging 24 and 10 with 2 stocks.

The real thing though is Ausar Thompson maybe will get some PG play with how bad Daniss has been as of late. This could be great for Ausar as he hasn’t played PG in his career yet.

Cade’s return time is expected to be 3-4 weeks but he will be reevaluated in 2 weeks on April 2nd.

Though without Cade we may fall to the 2 seed and get upset in round 1 this could give us a reason to make a big move for TM3.
