Kings are in a youth movement and have reported interest in Duren. Here they land their long term answer at Center and have their bookends at PG and C locked for the next decade. Now time to find some wings. All it cost them was getting off Sabonis contract, trading backup C Maxime Raynaud and a future 1st.

Toronto continues their all in push and upgrades their Center from Poletl to All Star Sabonis. They also bring in breakout backup PG Dannis Jenkins to help eat the loss of Quickley. Jakobe Walter steps in to the starting PG spot with Jenkins behind him. Toronto has the wing depth between Barrett, Kawhi, Barnes, Murray-Broyles, and Graves.

Detroit “solves” their Duren problem by adding two serviceable options at Center. I’ve always liked Raynaud but he needs time to develop. Why not have a 3-man rotation between Poletl, Raynaud, and Paul Reed and ride the hot hand each night? Each big provides a COMPLETELY unique look. Immanuel Quickley slides in to the 2nd option and 2nd ball handler role while Detroit is able to give Holland another year to develop. They ALSO pick up two additional future 1st round picks to possibly make a big deadline move by moving Poletl and Huerter for someone like Trey Murphy.
