I feel this would be an interesting move. I know the Wolves just traded for Randle but Rudy Gobert has them in a chokehold. Also, Naz Reid continues to blossom as a player and could probably use some minutes. Replacing Randle and being guaranteed a 2025 pick (which could actually enable a follow up trade) could go a long way.

As for the Pistons they add a double double guy who can get his own basket to their rotation of bigs. One with grit that Detroit would love. In my opinion he's underrated for what he does bring to a team. The Pistons can either slide Tobias to the 3 or have him be a 5th man off of the bench, neither of which I feel Tobias would have a problem with. With the magic the Pistons shooting coach, Fred Vinson, has been known to make with players, I have no doubt that he could have Julius Randle at the 37%+ range.
