I feel like this trade works for all teams because the Pistons and Jerami Grant haven't been winning so just destroy the roster and rebuild with help from Collins and Mills now. The Hawks get players to help out Trae Young, and with the additional help, they are now playoff contenders and a dangerous young team. The Nets get rid of an unhappy Harden and add depth to a roster that could use it with such a strong core. The 76ers get James Harden to play with Joel Embiid, and if they can share the ball well then the 76ers will be even more of a threat without a disgruntled Ben Simmons.
