If Duren truly wants out, then Sacramento makes too much sense. They need to kickstart a rebuild, have interest in Duren, and have an aging veteran who wants out to match salary. Duren and Salaün provide the youth they need to truly start to turn this thing around.

Detroit would likely start Naz Reid at the 5 but he would split time at the 4/5 allowing Paul Reed and Raynaud to get more minutes at the 5 too. DFS slides in to a reserve role using Detroits $15M NTMLE. Detroit somehow gets even deeper and more versatile. Their defense also gets better with this move.
