If Giannis gets traded he’s going to one of two contending teams- Knicks (because he clearly wants to play there) or the Hawks (because they would put together the best trade package with Young, Risacher, the NOP 1st, and a couple other 1st/swaps).

I have him going to New York for OG and Mikal. The Knocks could upgrade their two key role players and land an MVP candidate to create the best big 3 in the NBA. The Knicks would trot out Brunson, McBride, Hart, Giannis, KAT and still have Robinson, Clarkson, Shamet, Yabusele, Dadiet, and Kolek off the bench. Their depth doesn’t suffer and they raise their ceiling.

The Bucks are able to pick up a pair of firsts, 3 swaps, a couple 2nds, AND still land Bridges (who would likely be flipped for more picks) and two exorcising prospects in Ivey and Holland. Bucks could complete their tank and trade away Turner, Bridges, Kuzma, LeVert, and anyone else to gather more picks.

Detroit is able to land OG Anunoby who might be the missing forward this roster needs. They could use a guy who can guard multiple positions, sometimes operate as the 2nd scorer, and shoot a high volume of 3s. OG fits this perfectly. I wanted him on Detroit when he got traded to the Knicks and I still want him on this team now. Let’s get it done!
