Rockets use their assets and land MPJ to put in between Brooks and Sengun as a great floor spacer. Rockets also land a cheap combo guard in Sasser to retain some of their youth assets.

Nuggets move themselves closer away from the tax and get a lot of depth in this move. They are able to land the backup stretch big that DaRon Holmes was going to be in order to compete with the other top tier teams in the West. They replace MPJ with another sharp shooting wing-forward in Fontecchio and add a solid wing bench piece in Tate.

Detroit is able to leverage its solid role players for a key piece that has been missing for some time. Detroit lands a potential superstar in Jabari Smith. Smith will be able to learn from Tobias Harris for two years before taking over as the #2 option in Detroit. Detroit is able to create a very very promising future with this trade. Expect a future lineup of Cade, Ivey, Ausar, Jabari, Duren, and Ron Holland who are all hitting their prime at the same time. For now they would see a rotation of those 6 plus Tobias Harris, Malik Beasley, Paul Reed, and THJ.
