Hi, everyone,

Let me know what you think of this trade! The Pistons add cost controlled, ready to go players in Claxton, Cam Johson, and Reaves. Reaves would be perfect next to Cade, and Cam Johnson is a younger Tobias that shoots the 3 much more efficiently. They also add the 8th pick in this year's draft and a 2031 Lakers pick that could be something if things go wrong for them.

The Lakers get their highly coveted center of the future who will be catching lobs from Luka Doncic for years to come. They also shed the Gabe Vincent salary, giving them more flexibility to make moves. They lose a couple 1st round picks, but they can take this gamble with the expectation of being really good for the next decade with Doncic.

The Nets cash in on one of their 1st round picks and add a young guard in Ivey who showed a ton of growth and potential in Detroit before his injury. He has the chance to be the guy in Brooklyn while they continue to tank. They also add 2 expiring contracts that will allow for even more moves next offseason in addition to future draft capital from both LA and Detroit.

I'm a Pistons fan and I'm not even sure I'd want them to do this, but I thought it was a fun exercise to try and make this work. Lakers and Nets fans, does this interest you at all? Am I overvaluing/undervaluing anyone? Let me know!
