Detroit makes its move for more offense and a solid stretch big who can provide more shot blocking on defense. Detroit is able to add Norman Powell via a sign and trade and would also look to add Trey Murphy in a deal that send Holland, LeVert, two 1sts, and two 2nds to New Orleans. Detroit ALSO adds AJ Green using their NTMLE of $1 that kicks in the offseason to potentially replace Duncan Robinson next season. These moves keep Detroits defense in mind while also maximizing their shooting around Cade and Ausar. Ware also represents the exact type of 7’0 stretch big that every contending team will need to be able to handle Wemby in the Finals.
