Orlando - Gets shooting from Bojan as well as a veteran presence. They get rid of Jonathan Isaac's contract for a 21 ppg sharpshooter to bolster their offense (likely off the bench) which should hopefully propel them into the play in/playoffs.
Mavericks - Get rid of Tim Hardaway Jr. contract for Jonathan Isaac and Killian Hayes to bolster their defense. Right now, the Mavs need a bigger defensive presence around Luka and Kyrie and if Jonathan Isaac pans out for them, they could be a dark horse in contending for a championship. Killian Hayes while bad offensively is a great defensive player at his position who can defend both on and off ball at perimeter.
Pistons - Take a young Michigan Wolverines talent in Caleb Houstan and Tim Hardaway Jr. as a great veteran mentor. They also acquire 2 picks that should realistically convey to them at their respective years. Houstan is a great young player who could realistically play both the SF and PF which is their most needed positions as far as becoming an efficient shooter just like in College.
