Trey Murphy fits Detroit’s timeline seamlessly and is the most ideal second option next to Cade. Murphy is an elite 3pt shooter have the rare ability to pull from the logo and make spot up threes and a high rate, perfect for the spacing in Detroit. He also provides another lob threat being one of the most athletic player in the NBA. His athleticism also translates to defence, something that Detroit hang there hat on. Same applies to Jose Alverado who they get as a salary throw in. Someone who provides energy offensively and defensively off the bench.

The Pelicans enter rebuild mode around Queen and Fears. Holland fits the timeline as a young prospect who can develop nicely along side the two.
