This would be two separate deals. I think this will work even after Reed's contract is added to the mix for the Pistons.
Hard to know what Ingram's value is, but I'm not sure the Pelicans are doing better than this based on where things are right now. The Lakers dump Vincent's deal and consolidate three players into one expiring for future trade reasons (and shooting on the current team).
Detroit ends up with a depth chart of:
PG - Cunningham / Vincent / Hood-Schifino
SG - Beasley / Holland
SF - Ingram / Fontecchio / Moore Jr.
PF - Harris / Thompson / Klintman
C - Stewart / Reed / Hayes
I feel like that's not bad and has a lot of somewhat interesting options.
