notes: I think the raptors will somewhat purposefully lose even though they know they are a good young team that has a chance to make it to a top 6 seed because they have planned to rebuild for this season and get one of the amazing top 5 prospects. It has been a pleasant surprise as a raptors fan to see them go 2-9 and barely lose some games to really good teams with their young players looking like good NBA players. Gradey Dick and Ochai Agbaji specifically have been really good and agbajis defence mixed with his much improved shooting could make him one of the best somewhat 3 and d guys in the league (not so much 3). Gradey Dick doesn't look commpletely horrible on defence and he's an amazing scorer. if they get any top 5 pick they should come back next year with an almost guaranteed play off spot. if they get cooper flagg they should start iq, agbaji, flagg, barnes and poeltl with barrett and dick off the bench both as sixth man of the year contenders.

The Bucks and Sixers will lose early season due to injuries and possibly the Bucks making some trades for more athleticism in the starting lineup.

The Celtics won't go all out in the regular season so the cavs will win more.
