On March 23, 2014, Scottieb4dpoy along with his fraternal twin were born. They lived in the suburbs of Toronto, in a place called “Pickering.” As Scottie grew up he began to love basketball, pretty much everything about it, while his brother took a completely different path and started liking building and engineering stuff like legos. (Also Ajgreen he would love it if you made that Ninjago article bc that’s is favorite tv show). Anyway, Scottie began playing basketball and at the time he was tall for his height and began dominating. When Scottie was 9, he was 5’3”. By then, he was still in Pickering, and getting good grades in elementary school. Then a year passed by and Scottie began to do archery, and he was pretty good at it. Scottie also became a scout, (don’t really know if it’s different in Canada than the us). But Scottie didn’t grow at all. Then another year passed by, and Scottie was in middle school. He excelled at the educational side of things there. He joined the bowling team there. But Scottie didn’t grow at all. He was still having fun in sports like basketball, and playing football at school recess, but he was no longer above average. Everyone else had caught up to him and gotten taller, stronger, and beefier. Scottie hadn’t gained weight or grown for three years. At 11 year old, he was just 70 pounds, (yes I translated it from kg to pounds and centimeters to inches for you American people, you’re welcome) and still 5 3. Then over the summer, something horrible happened. Without telling him, Scottie’s parents had had a talk with the principal and without giving him any permission at all made the decision that Scottie would be skipping 7th grade. Yes that meant no more friends, new people that were even taller, stronger, beefier, (and kinda smarter lol) and a lot better than Scottie. He felt alone, scared, and mad at his parents. He completely changed how he played basketball. He used to be a lanky and tall forward who didn’t have much dribbling skill. Now he was a small guard that was skinny and didn’t have much dribbling skill. I mean, who wants that on their team. Anyway Scottie adapted his jump shot, so he was the sharpshooter of the team. Then, he worked on his handles, so he was a combo guard. He still didn’t start, but he was in the rotation. Because he was short and skinny his shot creation wasn’t the greatest so he developed his passing and hustle. This allowed him to score many points, but to do the little things right. His season high was 17 points, playing with older people, who were way bigger than him. This whole time Scottie has used Fanspo to share his thoughts and ideas because he loves to get in depth with basketball. He has made so many friends irl and here as well, and it’s been a great journey and blessing. Thank you all, especially if you read till the end. Please like flame and comment!
