Thunder:

Outgoing: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Kenrich Williams

Incoming: DeAndre Ayton, Malaki Branham, Tre Jones, Four FRP, 3 SRP

Rationale: They try to tank for Victor (I know it sounds dumb while they have Chet and Ayton but hear me out), with a solid backup plan if they don't. Ayton can likely be flipped if they do land Victor, while Ayton and Chet would be a very nice fit next to Scoot Henderson if they don't get the first picks. Shai is an elite player, and Ayton + essentially 5 firsts and 4 2nds is a haul for an elite player.

Spurs:

Outgoing: Jakob Poeltl, Malaki Branham, Tre Jones, and a SRP

Incoming: Malachi Flynn, Gary Trent Jr.

Rationale: It seems like a bit of an overpay for Trent at first, but when you realize that GTJ averaged 18 PPG at age 22 and brings desperately needed 3 point shooting, it seems like a pretty good match. The Spurs get Flynn to compensate for the loss of their 2nd round pick this year as well.

Suns:

Outgoing: DeAndre Ayton, a FRP and a SRP

Incoming: OG Anunoby, Jakob Poeltl

Rationale: The Suns get the best wing defense in the league with OG and Bridges, and they get one of the best rim protectors in Poeltl. Poeltl is a better defender than Ayton, although offensively and value wise Ayton is obviously clear, but when you add arguably the best 3&D player in there, the Suns will definitely not hesitate to accept.

Raptors:

Outgoing: Malachi Flynn, Gary Trent Jr., OG Anunoby, Three FRP, and a SRP

Incoming: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Kenrich Williams

Rationale: They land SGA to pair him up with Scottie FVV and Siakam, in other words they have four all stars on their team. The Raptors land their hometown star, who also happens to have the long wingspan that they crave. Toronto loses three firsts, but they will be contenders with SGA and it would matter less.
