All in all, if Duren won't resign, the Pistons take a chance on Poeltl and Saraf, and get a first, a first swap, and two seconds for their troubles.

The Raptors get a much better center, at the cost of RJ and picks.

The Nets get off Mann and get a massive upgrade in RJ, at the cost of Clowney, Saraf, and a second.

TLDR: Tough yes for the Pistons, uncomfortable but doable yes for the Raptors, and easy yes for the Nets.
