not a trade rj guy, but he is the most tradeable guy in the starting lineup despite how important he is to the current squad. regardless, we would need someone else who can finish plays and ideally provide good perimeter defense without breaking the bank.

i don't think the spurs are crazy enough to trust zion being mentally stable enough to play for them. still, he is a player on the board who will be dealt in the future and can provide interesting things for this team. especially while a lot of their key players are on rookie contracts.

the pels are on a crashout trajectory, so i don't think they care about winning or care too much who comes back in a zion trade. when they move to seattle, they are gonna want those picks.

raps get devin vassell, pels get rj barrett, harrison barnes, two spurs firsts, and three spurs seconds (all of which belong to nola), and the spurs get zion williamson and kevon looney (to make the money work; this trade only fails bc looney was recently acquired).
