Raptors Land Tyler Herro
Raptors Receive:
Tyler Herro
Herro is only 23. That’s part of the calculus for the Raptors here. Between Herro and Anunoby, it’s likely that Herro has more upside. Still, this is largely a matter of fit for Toronto. This team is in desperate need of a player who can generate offense in half-court sets. Herro and Siakam in tandem should open up plenty for this team’s attack. Meanwhile, they can afford to part with Anunoby. The Raptors will still have Siakam and Scottie Barnes to anchor their defense.

Heat Receive:
OG Anunoby
Chris Boucher
If the Raptors are open to this deal, it’s a no-brainer for Miami. They’re getting the best player in the deal without compromising their roster construction. That’s not to say that they won’t miss Herro. Miami’s half-court offense would suffer. Still, they could use an upgrade at the 4 spot. Anunoby is big and strong enough to man that position for the Heat.
