Reworking of a trade I saw on twitter from LakeShowSource

It was RJ and Ochai for Vincent, Knecht, Rui and the 2031 pick

It felt like too much to include both Knecht and the first plus Toronto has a glut of that type of wing.

I changed it to just the pick and swap Kleber for Vincent on the off chance he can provide front court minutes with Rui. Also, removed Ochai because the salary changes would allow the Raptors to pay him comfortably (or move him in a separate deal).
