The raptors need to make changes, and the first change they have to make is trading away FVV. He's one of the oldest guys on the team and has been inefficient this year. Maybe a change of scenery will do good for FVV, nonetheless, one of the only teams that would be eager to get FVV are the heat.

• Get a great young wing in Nikola -> adding to bench and get younger

• Get two frps and two seconds

This may seem like an underpay for FVV, however, he has been inefficient and is expecting a large contract. A 4yr/110 puts him in a contract range between Tery Rozier and Jalen Brunson, a solid long term contract that keeps him happy, gives the raptors room to make changes and gives Miami the point guard they desperately need.
