He can only be traded away to a team by himself and other non-player assets from his team (draft picks, cash considerations, etc). This restriction expires after Mar 17, 2024.

Consecutive draft years 2024 & 2025 would be missing a 1st round pick. The pick for 2024 may be traded away on draft day after the team officially makes their selection.
