Note: Raptors also send a conditional protected 2013 frp (12th overall) and a TPE to Houston as part of the Houston deal which later gets flipped to OKC for Harden.

Kyle Lowry became a franchise cornerstone and partnered up with DeRozan to lead the Raptors to many regular season wins and multiple playoff appearances. He was also a 6x time all-star, 1x all NBA, played at the Olympic Level, and later lead the team, through his veteran leadership, to it's first title later in 2018-2019 season.

That 2013 conditional Raptors pick became the 12th overall pick in the 2013 draft where OKC selects Steven Adams. That's also the infamous draft which had 2x MVP Giannis and Masai was able to identify that talent calling up multiple teams to trade for a first round pick that could land the younger Giannis. Many people seen Giannis as a more of a high risk project player but soon exceeded his expectations and become a generational talent.
