Heat- Fully reset, for Herro they get Barrett, some picks, and they take a flyer on Gradey Dick. For Bam they get Miles Bridges who just ended their season in the play-in game on a game ending block, kind of forcing them to sell now, which ig is kind of funny. They also get pg help with Tre Mann, get a young prospect in Tidjane Salaun who has looked better as of late, and two more FRPs.

Raptors- They get Tyler Herro who will help their three point shooting struggles, and he can also handle the ball more a lot better than RJ. Though they do lose Gradey Dick, it seems like they had already given up on him because he was out of the rotation. He will get a fresh start in Miami, hopefully rejuvenating (w word ik just learned it) his career. This feels like a no-brainer for them, not really much else to add than that.

Hornets- Upgrade from Miles Bridges to Bam Adebayo. In other words, they feel great. Bam will be the complete anchor the Hornets need him to be on defense, and he fits perfectly in the starting lineup at the 4 with Melo, Miller, Kon, and Moussa. They get a cheaper third string point guard option than Mann in Smith, and though they lose Salaun, they do get off his contract.
