Atlanta Hawks
I think this one is tough as Atlanta likely isnt giving up any pieces this year. They are better and likely going for a postseason push.
I see this trade as a 2A or 2B type for the Raptors. They do this to get a trade exception and maybe to see what a half year of Nance is like, in the event they need PF depth next year and can extend him like they did Thad Young and Kelly Olynyk.
I dont trading down the pick (it feels more likely theyd just give it outright) but they I dont see a big difference in this draft from 20-49 tbh
Hawks simply get more defensive SG/SF depth
BBTET
The Raptors are unlikely to do nothing at the trade deadline. They're probably going to make use of Bruce Brown's expiring deal in 1 of 2 ways
1 Sellers: Get valued for Bruce as a player
2A/2B Buyers: Add value to his expiring deal to acquire a player (Poeltl trade) OR to acquire financial flexibility (Thad Young trade)
I've been thinking about this with every team and this is just for me to visualize it and do a fun exercise.
