Raptors upgrade on shooting and defence as well as add the (basically) 7 foot, centre desperately needed but at a cost many canadians need to accept is worth. Pelicans could get some excellent value in RJ if everything goes well who fits nicely into the team (may need another trade) and obtaining a first round pick (possibly more) getting great value.
