Raptors create space in order to sign either Naz Reid or Myles Turner next summer. They aren't necessarily tanking as they can start Looney, but they are trying to lock in a younger player that can stretch the floor.
Nets lock in a playmaking wing that will help speed up their rebuild. This is assuming they end up sending DFS to a contender for salary and a pick. The Nets will basically only have Cam Johnson and Claxton on their roster. This gives them flexibility to resign BI as well as a point guard. Considering that the Net own their pick next year too, they likely will focus on development and won't deliberately try to bottom out.
Pelicans get a 5 that can play beside Zion. They also get a solid bench piece with proven experience.
Warriors get a defensive 5 that is somewhat mobile to help them win in the post-Klay era. They need a big, since Kerr will likely use a line-up with Curry-Hield-Podz a lot.
