Tons of people have been calling Jalen green a negative asset but why aren't people calling Lauri, Suggs, Quickly, or Simons negative assets the players that are shooting bad and paid a ton but pass being Lamelo and trae (also Dejounte but he is shooting really bad and he's not even a negative) and those 2 are really valuable assets, Devin Vassell is shooting very slightly better but is a significantly worse scorer and is not a negative asset, Scottie and Pascal are also shooting very slightly better but they're PFs who are expected to shoot better and they're not negative assets. I could go further if I went to a lower salary point but all these players were I believe it was 25M+ and I could go further with players I believe are going to get a bag. Calling a 22 year old a negative asset just makes no sense to me. And what really makes no sense to me is Lauri being valued as an asset.
