I think Rocket fans will hate this, but Simmons is young and at this point is underrated. I don't love the KPJ fit with Green long term, and as such, I think this is a great buy low price for Simmons.

I don't really like it for the Sixers to be honest (the fit of Wood next to Embid isn't ideal, and that would be a pretty crowded backcourt without any real clear cut stars) -- however, if other teams are all low balling the Sixers for Simmons, perhaps this will be the best offer they can get.
