I do think they will be offered around 20 to 25M/season and Houston cannot give long-term salary due to the extension of Thompson coming.

The solution is a Sign and Trade! I believe the Mavs are going into a rebuild around Flagg and are searching for young talents such as Eason (25 y/o) but also good veterans that know the franchise & could mentor Flagg (DFS 1 year guarantee contract)

The rockets have tons of wings & bigs but not many guards, and Kyrie could contribute as a Starting PG with FVV as a backup
