Pretty minor move, but the idea for both teams is that Rockets are able to get off of Gordon's two year contract (that 3rd year is only guaranteed if he makes an all star team or if his team wins a title) for two contracts that are expiring, and Bulls get to upgrade their bench depth without giving up any assets.
