Houston gets much needed veteran guidance w Hill/Rose/Ingles. This trade would likely shift Kpj to an off ball role which he is better equipped to play allowing him to guard bigger guys. Also get a middle 1rp which gives them a more ammo in any potential trade ups in the upcoming draft. Look for one of Kj Martin/Tate to be moved in the offseason.
New York is getting a plethora of 2rps and get a really good shooter in Grayson Allen. Josh Christopher is also an intriguing option who could use a change of scenery.
Bucks get a vet that will be able to give meaningful mins off the bench. Matthews is simply just a filler who can give a spark in very very limited mins
