Sixers don’t have much to offer in the way of prospects. However the Jazz were the ones to offer Paul Reed his current contract before the Sixers matched it. (Reeds contract is non-guaranteed)
As for picks:
Sixers swap their 16th pick to move back to the 29th pick in the upcoming 2024 draft.
Sixers send out their own 2026 first round pick, which won’t be great, but will likely be better than their other 2026 first round pick (worst of 4 teams)
Sixers send out their own 2028 first round pick which will likely land near the end of the lottery, given Embiid is out of his prime and overpaid.
Sixers send out their Own 2029 first round pick as well as the right to swap that pick with the Clippers (swap is top-3 protected, but expected to be good)
Is this scenario Sixers get to retain Ricky Council IV and the 2028 Clippers first round pick (which is also expected to be good) as well as enough cap space to give a max to Paul George.
Jazz gain Paul Reed, 3 first round picks and 2 first round swaps.
What do you guys think? Fair value? Will that offer just get blown out of the water by another team?
