I would trade Adem Bona and a first-round pick for Moussa Diabate.

Diabate is already NBA-ready and would give the team a reliable big man behind Joel Embiid, who unfortunately isn't always healthy. His defense, rebounding, and energy would make an immediate impact, and he fits the timeline of a younger roster.

If Charlotte doesn't plan to give Diabate a contract extension, this trade makes sense for both teams. I would even be willing to trade the first-round pick without any pick swap.

If a deal for Diabate isn't possible, I would try to trade for Yves Missi instead, as he would also be a great young center to add.
