Sixers sign Undrafted Free Agents: Quinten Post, C from Boston College and Trenyton Flowers, SF from Adelaide (NBL).
NBA Free Agency
Re-Sign: Tyrese Maxey, Kelly Oubre Jr. , Nico Batum, Kyle Lowry, Terquavion Smith.
Decline: Tobias Harris, Robert Covington, Jeff Dowtin, Cam Payne, Mo Bamba, KJ Martin, Buddy Hield.
Sign: Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Andre Drummond, Jared Rhoden, Gary Trent Jr, Dario Saric, Jermaine Samuels.
Why? The Sixers go out and expunge all of their capital and financial assets to bring some top tier players. They first go out and get a top player in BI. He can add on another wave of scoring and can space the floor for the squad. The Sixers also keep on two major contributors in Oubre and Batum to keep continuity.
The team also take on some talented young guys led by Isaiah Collier. He can become the Sixers top back guard immediately and can also bring in some more scoring. Ingram, Post and Flowers are amongst the other standouts the team can bring in. They add on a veteran two-wayer in Rhoden a Nova product in Samuels.
The Sixers bring in a proven wing and a former Nick Nurse player in both KCP and GTJ. KCP can really space the floor and has won it all while Trent can add some grit and defense to the squad. Lastly, they cap off the offseason by getting a top rebounding big in Drummond and a former Sixer in The Homie.
