This keeps them as a fringe playoff team which matters they don't own their own picks. Giannis is a massive loss but they need to reset, his value with 3 years left is maximal now. Pg13s contract isn't great but allows their team to reset without bottoming out because that doesn't help them. Theres a good chance a desperate team comes calling for Pg13, keep an eye on Portland.

76ers - deal #3 Edgecombe & PG13. They get Walker, Carter Bryant (Arizona) #14 & Lauri. 76ers also give up a second rd pick & the 2029 swap & Johni Broome (Auburn) to Utah. Lauri is overpaid but fits next to Embiid and Maxey.

Utah gets off Lauri while only taking back a singular contract that isn't an expiring, gets Johni Broome (Auburn) and the 2029 pick swap from the Clippers. Utah gets to tank while giving youth a chance to develop. They can flip Barnes, Collins and Clarkson in a few months for more assets.

Spurs get Giannis with cap room to help build the bench. They give up Harper, Johnson, Sochan & 2 firsts as well.
