So to start off lets ignore the Bucks and the Suns for this because I basically executed the Dame trade within this trade to make this deal.

Philly trades Harden, Tucker and Korkmaz for Jrue Holiday and Norm Powell

Philly moves on from Harden’s iso-ball distributor style playmaking for Jrue’s two way play. This gives them a more Nurse-centric style roster, not to mention yet another familiar face with Norm Powell to add even more bench depth.

Blazers get picks and a few cheap contracts and expirings

Just to add to the loot they got for Dame, this makes more sense in what they were looking for. 2 future firsts (1 protected), expiring contracts and decent roster fillers who fit their timeline. That tallies up to 3 future 1sts, 2 swaps, Ayton, and some bench depth.

Clippers get Harden

Now the rumored deal for Harden initially was Powell and 2 future 1sts. This gets the Clippers Harden & Tucker for Powell, only 1 unprotected pick, a protected pick, and pieces they’re very willing to be dealt with.

For the Clips, it’s less about what they gave up as opposed to what they get to keep. Kawhi, PG, Westbrook, Harden and still all that depth should be enough hype coming into that new stadium.
