Who I Would Sign After Getting Jaylen Brown

First of all, after the addition of Jaylen Brown, as a fan I honestly start thinking this Philadelphia 76ers team can go all the way. That move alone changes the energy of the roster — more athleticism, more scoring, and a real two-way star to build around. From there, I’d go all-in on filling the roster with minimum contracts and smart free agent pickups to build insane depth for a playoff run. Players like Aaron Holiday would be perfect for steady backup guard minutes and keeping the offense organized when the starters rest. Nick Richards would give us real size inside, rebounds, and rim protection — exactly what you need in playoff basketball. Javonte Green is pure energy. Every time he steps on the court, the intensity goes up and the defense gets more aggressive. Matisse Thybulle coming back would feel like home. As a fan, I’d love having him again just locking people up on the perimeter and changing games without needing the ball. Jonathan Isaac is the ultimate gamble, but if he’s healthy, he gives us elite defensive versatility and can guard almost anyone on the floor. Guerschon Yabusele brings that physical, tough forward play we always need in playoff battles. And honestly… bringing back Ben Simmons would just be one of those “why not?” moves. As a fan, it’s more about the storyline — defense, passing, transition game — if it clicks, it’s a bonus, nothing more. Overall, after adding Jaylen Brown and stacking these kinds of role players, as a fan I’d feel like this team becomes seriously dangerous. Deep bench, defensive identity, and enough talent to really compete with anyone in the league.
