Portland get off Grants contract and takes on the half as long and less expensive John Collins. Also Collins is a more natural PF for the Blazers than Grant but a worse overall player. (Should help the younger guys develop without winning too much to tank) This trade could be dependent on who is available at 16, Sixers can draft and trade whoever Portland wants.

The Jazz get a substantial upgrade from John Collins to Tobias Harris on a fair contract. They also get Paul Reed. (a player they tied to sign before the Sixers matched their offer) Picks wise, They get the a late 2026 FRP They get the Clippers 2028 FRP unprotected (should be high pick) They get the Sixers 2029 FRP as well as the right to swap that pick with the Clippers pick (Which will likely be a high pick again)

The Sixers are getting Grant and Markkanen in the trade and sending out 4 FRPs, 1 Swap, Paul Reed and Tobias Harris in a sign and trade.

Sixers use remaining cap space to Sign KCP to a multi year deal and sign Maxey.

Then use the Mid Level Exception to Sign Oubre and the Bi-annual Exception to sign Drummond.

Then resign their guys to minimums.
